Kodem is looking for a Full-Stack Growth Marketer to help scale our digital presence and build a strong pipeline of net new leads. This role will complement our existing Marketing Ops, Web and Product Marketing functions and work closely with the Head of Marketing to execute creative, high-impact campaigns targeting "Born in Cloud" companies.

Kodem is looking for a Full-Stack Growth Marketer to help scale our digital presence and build a strong pipeline of net new leads. This role will complement our existing Marketing Ops, Web and Product Marketing functions and work closely with the Head of Marketing to execute creative, high-impact campaigns targeting "Born in Cloud" companies.
What You'll Do:
- Own and execute content marketing and strategy, with a strong focus on video and audio content for technical audiences (e.g., product security engineers, CISOs, and developers).
- Develop and run novel social and digital campaigns to attract, engage, and convert new audiences.
- Develop the specific tactics and PR strategies required to achieve the KPIs for the campaign
- Create compelling thought leadership content (e.g., blog posts, interviews, short-form videos, podcasts) that resonates with security and engineering professionals.
- Support event marketing efforts, including virtual and in-person activations, to drive engagement and lead generation.
- Experiment with new demand generation tactics, including paid social, influencer collaborations, and community-driven marketing.
- Analyze campaign performance and iterate based on data-driven insights.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or content marketing, preferably in B2B cybersecurity, developer tools, or SaaS.
- Native or highly proficient English speaker
- Deep experience in social media marketing, paid and organic demand generation, and running creative campaigns that drive results.
- Strong ability to conceptualize and produce video and audio content that educates and engages technical audiences.
- Experience with marketing analytics, A/B testing, and conversion optimization to refine strategies.
- Ability to collaborate across marketing, sales, and product teams to align on messaging and campaigns.
Nice to have:
- Bonus points for experience with community building, partnerships, or influencer marketing in security and engineering spaces.
