POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Debt Consultant for Debtmerica is located in the Santa Ana, California office and reports to the Senior Debt Consultant Team Lead. This position will listen to and understand individuals' financial situations and enroll them into one of our key services. This role must also champion Optima's culture and Core Values and help to deliver the best customer experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
In order to be provided the essential training required to be successful in this role, it is mandatory that you are present for and complete all essential/initial training onsite for up to 5 business days (unless prior management approval is provided). Please note that additional onsite training may be required depending on business need.

- Receive and work fresh leads daily through outbound and inbound calls and emails.
- Consult with clients on debt relief options to help pay off their consumer debt.
- Enroll qualified clients in Debtmerica's program.
- Develop and manage relationships with affiliate partners.
- Effectively manage your schedule and lead database to ensure metrics and enrollment goals are met.
- Follow company protocols to ensure the highest level of security to protect the client Personal Identifiable Information (PII). .
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- 3 plus years' relevant experience preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS,& ABILITIES
- A positive mindset and "get-it-done" attitude.
- Strong listening skills with the ability to understand and influence people.
- History of successfully exceeding goals in a fast-paced, inside/outside sales environment.
