Job Description

• In-depth knowledge of JDA functionality (Demand) with the focus on JDA customer-facing functionality - Regionally based.
• Customer - facing. Working independently.
• Expected to make recommendations
• collaborate with the team; and then been able to do configuration in the system
• Knowledge of IT solutions/ Supply chain Processes
• Work with the business to define requirements for the functional specifications
• Work with Development Analyst and Technical consultants to develop Functional Specifications from Business Requirements Documents.
• Create Test Scripts for Systems Integrated Testing (SIT)
• Conduct SIT (along with Technical Resources)
• Conduct BIT with Users; Conduct Dry-Runs prior to go-live
• Conduct Cutover and Go-live
