Job Summary
The job of Principal - Elementary School is done for the purpose/s of promoting and maintaining high student achievement by providing curricular and instructional leadership, maintaining overall school site operations; receiving, distributing and communicating information to enforce school, District and State policies; maintaining a safe school environment; coordinating site activities and communicating information to staff, students, parents and community members.

Round One Presentation:
Candidates invited to the initial round of interviews should come prepared with a presentation slide deck to share with a committee of District office administrators. The presentation may be in Google Slides, Power Point, or any other web-based format.
The presentation should be twenty minutes in length and include the following:
Personal and professional introduction
Your approach to leadership
Your educational special interests or areas of strength
Your professional entry plan for integrating into RCSD
Following the presentation there will be approximately ten minutes of Q & A
