We are looking for a Senior Account Supervisor to join our U.S. Health team, supporting one of the largest pharmaceutical brands in the world.

Who You Are
You're a strategic and confident communicator who understands how to translate science into compelling narratives that resonate. You bring experience in pharma or biotech, a deep understanding of data-driven storytelling, and a desire to push the boundaries of what healthcare communications can look like. You thrive in fast-moving environments and enjoy mentoring junior team members and collaborating with integrated partners.
What You'll Do
Lead integrated communications campaigns that span medical milestones, brand positioning, and consumer engagement
Partner with cross-functional teams to build and execute multichannel strategies across earned, owned, digital, and social platforms
Serve as a key client contact and strategic counselor, supporting relationship growth and innovation
Translate complex scientific data into clear, engaging messaging for varied audiences
Collaborate with media and third-party partners to drive visibility and thought leadership
Manage day-to-day program execution, ensuring quality control, timeliness, and budget adherence
Mentor and lead junior team members through coaching, feedback, and development planning

An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. Basic Qualifications:
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in public relations and/or related fields such as advertising, media, or communications strategy
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotech communications, with a strong understanding of data milestones, clinical development, and regulatory environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex accounts and lead integrated communications programs
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including team supervision and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience translating scientific data into compelling narratives and materials for both HCP and consumer audiences
- Strong media relations skills and experience with integrated channel planning
