The Sales Associate's main responsibility is to provide assistance to Business Development Manager's (BDM) team members as needed. Additionally, the Sales Associate is responsible for working with staff members from other departments to optimize American Exports (AmEx) sales performance. This role provides support to the BDM's regarding day-to-day duties such as: follow up on PO's from customers, connect with CS&L on the delivery of those PO's, identifying incremental opportunities for revenue, analyzing sell-in and sell-out trends for Distributors, suggesting action plans to leverage opportunities or mitigating risks. Ensure execution of merchandising guidelines and inventory control practices via the distributor team. Support and follow up with CP&A regarding promos and POS activations according company policies and procedures, leading the construction and JVPs and ensuring customers are in adherence to the agreement, reviewing bill-backs invoices, ensuring proper back-ups are included to process payment and ensuring proper tracking of MDLZ investment by customer.

Work schedule: This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Coral Gables, FL with minimum in-office expectation of 2 days per week.
The base salary range for this position is $77,300 to $106,100; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.

- Build and develop healthy and sustainable relationships with all customers in your portfolio.
- Utilize sales capabilities to execute for base, NPD and promotional activity.
- Carry out comprehensive and timely analysis of business performance for all customers in your portfolio and take corrective action to ensure delivery of agreed annual KPI's.
- Identify, win and maintain the maximum number of Perfect Stores in the customer base.
- Proactively interact with field sales teams to ensure availability of stock.

Job specific requirements:
- 3 years of CPG sales experience and full bilingual proficiency (English & Spanish) is required.
- Advanced sales skills and some customer service & logistics knowledge.
- Ability to effectively communicate customers and staff members of other functions (English & Spanish).
- Analytical and problem solving skills: Ability to analyze customers and consumers data.
- Good networking skills and the ability to handle numerous client companies and customers.
