We're seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager to join our Tax and Audit & Attest (A&A) teams and play a key role in driving our client service and firm growth. As a Senior Manager, you'll have a seat at the table, contributing to key decisions and directly influencing the firm's success.
LOCATIONS: Hybrid or Onsite - Washington State, Western WA (Whatcom, Skagit, Snohomish, King and Pierce County), Central WA (Wenatchee, Yakima, Tri-Cities) Eastern WA (Spokane area) Oregon State, Remote or Hybrid - (Portland Area, Salem, Eugene, Bend, and Medford)

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead complex client engagements, overseeing audits or tax projects from planning through completion.
- Mentor and develop managers and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing proactive, strategic advice.
- Oversee the technical review of financial statements, tax filings, and other deliverables.
- Manage multiple high-profile engagements while identifying new business opportunities and supporting firm growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with firm leadership on operational strategies and team development.
- Be an anchor in the community, leveraging deep local knowledge and connections to strengthen the firm's presence and growth.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA required.
- 7+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus in Tax or Audit & Attest.
- Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.
- Expertise in technical areas with the ability to provide high-level, strategic advice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- A passion for driving business development, fostering client relationships, and creating firm-wide impact.
