Job Summary

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) works closely with management and employees, providing hands-on and strategic input, insight, and advice on people-related issues. This position plays an essential role in establishing and driving HR programs/talent initiatives forward within specific company functions, while always ensuring that they align with business objectives. The HRBP forms partnerships with employees and management to deliver value-added service and works with other members of the HR team to develop and implement initiatives, assess program effectiveness and lead improvements.

Education - Bachelor's degree required; and
Experience - Six (6) years' experience in Human Resources.
Other Requirement(s) - HR certification is preferred.
