RN Nurse Supervisor, 2nd shift
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Full-Time, 40 hours/week Monday through Friday
Pay: $45.00 - $55.00
Primary Responsibilities:

• Under the direction of the Director of Nursing & Clinical Services responsibility and accountability for nursing care on the patient care units.
• Oversees patient care management and ensures that professional nursing is practiced in accordance with the established standards, policies and procedures of the Nursing Department and the hospital.
• Is responsible for development and management of personnel, supplies, equipment and for maintenance of a safe environment.

Prerequisites:

• Current RN Massachusetts Licensure.
• BSN preferred.
• 3-5 years experience in geriatric/adolescent rehabilitation and other hospital care.
• Previous supervisor experience preferred.
• Certification in Rehabilitation Nursing and ACLS certification desired.
• Knowledge of growth and development across the life span.
• Certification in BLS of Adult, Child and Infant.
