LOCATIONS: Hybrid or Onsite - Washington State, Western WA (Whatcom, Skagit, Snohomish, King and Pierce County), Central WA (Wenatchee, Yakima, Tri-Cities) Eastern WA (Spokane area) Oregon State, Remote or Hybrid - (Portland Area, Salem, Eugene, Bend, and Medford)

Compensation Range: $90,000-140,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead client engagements from start to finish, overseeing the execution of audits or tax projects.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop staff, fostering their growth within the firm.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for strategic advice and services.
- Review financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on business development initiatives and practice management.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA required.
- 5+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus in Tax or Audit & Attest.
- Proven ability to manage and develop teams effectively.
- Strong technical expertise and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and team members at all levels.
- A passion for leadership, continuous improvement, and driving business success.
