South College invites applications for the position of Full-Time Nursing Faculty in the BSN Hybrid Program at the South College Knoxville Campus. This is an On-Ground teaching role and requires 32 in-person campus hours per week. We are searching for a team-oriented individual with excellent communication and organization skills.

This position has a salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 annually based upon experience and education level. South College also offers a full suite of Benefits Options for all FT employees.

- Maintain professional standards of practice in teaching in the classroom and clinical settings.
- Meet South College standards for teaching, classroom management, use of technology, grade submission, and records management.
- Prepare and implement teaching and evaluation strategies for engagement of students in the profession of nursing.
- Support student success through mentoring, tutoring, and advising.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Nursing; doctorate degree preferred
- Hold an unrestricted license to practice in Tennessee
- Experience in secondary instruction preferred
- Experience teaching hybrid (blended) preferred
