As an HBS Service Growth Leader at Honeywell, you will be accountable for driving the growth of our service business within the Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) division in Canada. You will develop and execute strategies to increase service projects and service contracts, expand the customer base, and enhance customer satisfaction specifically in the Canadian market. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities in Canada. By effectively managing the service growth initiatives, you will contribute to the overall success and profitability of the HBS division.

You will report directly to our HBS Sales Leader and work out of our designated location in Canada on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the HBS division in Canada by driving service revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and guiding a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement best-practice sales processes for the services business.
  • Lead the implementation of new offerings across the sales team for key strategic growth initiatives (e.g., Forge, remote services).
  • Serve as the primary interface to the Service GM, developing regional strategies and programs.
  • Drive accurate demand aggregation and sales order forecasting for the Services Pole region.
  • Utilize outcome-driven analytics to optimize salesforce deployment.
  • Drive sales productivity and resource profile requirements to deliver sales plans with the HBS Sales Leader.
  • Create and execute programs to drive pipeline and orders for the services business.
  • Execute Pole Sales Leader actions aligned with the HBS Sales Leader and teams based on sales quotas and performance tracking.

You Must Have
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in service business development or related roles.
  • Ability to travel domestically 30%-50% of the time.
  • Valid G driver's license.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
