Title: Sr Manager
Location: Danbury, CT
Job-Type: FTE/Permanent

Manage omnichannel projects, provide consultation, configure, analyze data, conduct UAT with business and train for new products. Must have experience working in omnichannel environment - Snowflake and CRM knowledge is a plus.
Project Management - Interact with client stakeholders across IT and business and third party resources to ensure quality, efficient on-time completion of project
Business Process Analysis - Analyze and validate omnichannel data. Capture Omnichannel requirements, facilitate solutioning, interface with business etc
Testing Supporting - Execute training for business and testing teams performing SIT and UAT
Communication - Communicate status of project with senior associates, managers and client.
Training - Train business and other stakeholders as needed. Perform other duties as assigned
Veeva and Snowflake experience is a plus.
