Senior Business Intelligence Data Analyst - Remote / Telecommute

Job Description:

Pay Range: $47hr - $52hr

Essential Functions:

• 20% Evaluates healthcare analytics to generate insights for healthcare solutions.
• 20% Operates as a trusted thought partner with business leads to perform both proactive and reactive analysis for key stakeholders and derives insights between key metrics and their drivers.
• 15% Researches meaningful reports and analysis for health care system entities and presents findings.
• 15% Creates effective key performance indicators and balanced scorecards that provide improved decision-making.
• 10% Builds infrastructure that supports analytical rigor and develops models and tools that drive healthcare strategy.
• 10% Uses business analytics to anticipate future needs of the healthcare organization.
• Leverages data to address business challenges using data analytics.
• 10% Utilized as a resource for junior business intelligence analysts.

Experience:

• 5 years experience with business intelligence tools, data analytics and/or database management systems.
• In Lieu of Education-In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
