Preferred Qualifications (Dental Experience Beneficial, Not Essential):

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Dental experience is welcomed but not required.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with dental, business, and financial professionals, including executive leadership, to lead and manage teams.
  • Partner with experts to refine operating policies and pursue operational excellence.
  • Mentor and oversee Office Managers and their teams across up to ten dental offices.
  • Monitor compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and HR policies, ensuring smooth adherence.
  • Regularly visit your group of offices to coach, guide, and support staff.
