Senior Engagement Manager #1136
The Senior Engagement Manager is responsible for leading and maintaining the Decisiv relationship with established usage-based accounts. These accounts are strategic and priority partnerships for Decisiv. The Senior Engagement Manager will be responsible for the overall success of Decisiv's relationship with these accounts, including ensuring the customer is maximizing the value they gain from Decisiv products, and they are driving new opportunities to introduce the customer to new products. The Senior Engagement Manager position is critical to Decisiv's success and having industry and solution experience is valuable. The Senior Engagement Manager will report directly to the VP/GM of Strategic Accounts.

Primary Responsibilities
- Lead relationships between Decisiv and established service providers, dealer groups, fleets and managed care providers related to our strategic accounts.
- Provide Decisiv product subject matter expertise to Strategic Accounts regarding OEM relationships.
- Drive user adoption, develop and execute a comprehensive adoption plan for our product using service providers, dealer groups, fleets and managed care providers related to our strategic accounts.
- Identify and solve premium and strategic customer frustrations, friction points, and adoption complications.
- Identify and execute new revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
- Work with all internal Decisiv departments to align on resources required to execute the strategic account plan.
- Identify new areas for the customer organization to capture value using Decisiv technology including using new Decisiv features/products, using Decisiv technology for new business units or geographies, etc.
- Develop relationships with leaders within the customer's organization, including performing regular business reviews.
- Ensure that all customer stakeholders understand the value that Decisiv is bringing to their organization and maximize their value capture from Decisiv.

- Technology and Business experience
- 5+ years' experience working in a technology-driven business, with strong preference for candidates with enterprise software experience.
- Experience in Industrial, Transportation, Logistics, Aftermarket, or Maintenance/Service industries preferred.
- Proficient with professional software, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, CRM's, and communication/messaging applications.
- Proficient with Business Intelligence tools to create usage and adoption reports.
- Possesses personal and business integrity and a professional approach to their relationships and their position.
- Transportation/OEM industry experience a plus!
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with appropriate experience.
Travel
- Ability and willingness to travel 60% of each month.
