Abeka Head of School Partnerships

The Head of School Partnerships plays a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of Abeka's partnership with Christian schools around the world. The Head of School Partnerships works with the sales team and oversees school events, as well as manages strategic relationships and analyzes market insights and growth strategy.

Strategic Relationship Management

Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for building and maintaining strong relationships with schools. Serve as the primary liaison between Abeka and school leaders, ensuring alignment with their educational needs while driving engagement, retention, and long-term partnerships.

Sales Leadership & Team Development

Lead and manage both internal and external sales teams, setting clear performance goals, ensuring effective sales strategies, and fostering a high-performance culture. Provide training, tools, and resources to optimize sales effectiveness while ensuring exceptional service to partner schools.

School Events & Engagement Initiatives

Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of school events, conferences, and engagement initiatives that strengthen partnerships and promote Abeka's educational offerings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance event impact and drive meaningful interactions with schools

Market Insights & Growth Strategy

Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies for school partnerships, sales initiatives, and event effectiveness, ensuring alignment with Abeka's long-term objectives.

FLSA Status - Professional (Exempt)

Education
Bachelor's Degree: Business (Required), MBA

Work Experience
10+ years in business managment, 5+ years in business management

Physical Requirements and Skills
Communication, Conflict Resolution, Decision Making, Detail-Oriented, Microsoft Office, Problem Solving, Quantitative Analytics
