Job Title: Custom Home Superintendent
Location: general area around San Carlos, CA
Salary: $90,000 - 130,000 + generous bonus & profit sharing.
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent, with a focus on high-end custom homes.

Position Overview
The Custom Home Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the construction of custom residential homes, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to deliver exceptional custom homes that meet client specifications and expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of custom home construction projects
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction staff
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
  • Schedule and oversee inspections and project milestones
  • Maintain communication with clients to update them on project progress
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and schedules
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
  • Conduct final walkthroughs and ensure customer satisfaction upon project completion

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and terminology
  • Experience with custom home projects is highly preferred
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
