Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of custom home construction projects
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction staff
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Schedule and oversee inspections and project milestones
- Maintain communication with clients to update them on project progress
- Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and schedules
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
- Conduct final walkthroughs and ensure customer satisfaction upon project completion
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and terminology
- Experience with custom home projects is highly preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
