You will be the Lines of Business (LOB) Human Resources Business Partner, providing strategic HR support and guidance to the Executive leadership teams and Program Management staff within the Dallas-based Tactical Missiles organization. Our team is responsible for delivering HR initiatives and processes that enable the business to meet its critical objectives.
What You Will Be Doing
As the LOB Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing HR support and guidance to the organization, facilitating and delivering HR initiatives and processes, and working closely with the lines of business and Program Management Directors to drive business results. You will also serve as a talent champion, assisting in identifying, developing, rotating, and retaining talent, and confidentially handling employee issues and concerns.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing strategic HR support and guidance to executive leadership teams and Program Management staff
Facilitating and delivering HR initiatives and processes, such as Talent Management, Workforce Planning, and Merit Planning
Collaborating with HR peers to coordinate and execute business area strategies
Influencing and driving change to achieve business objectives
Building strong relationships with stakeholders and becoming a trusted advisor
Leveraging subject matter experts from HR centers of excellence and other functions to drive HR and business initiatives
Analyzing data and formulating actionable recommendations to drive business results
Serving as a talent champion to identify, develop, rotate, and retain talent
Confidentially handling employee issues and concerns

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience / combined education, with 13 years or more of professional experience; or 10 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree. Considered an expert, authority in discipline
Broad experiences within human resources including centers of excellence (COE) and/or HRBP roles
Experience supporting executive level leadership
Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship
Desired skills
Strong influencing and relationship building capabilities
Business acumen and the ability to solve complex human capital issues tied to business challenges
Ability to consult at all levels of the organization
Ability to look wholistically at programmatic challenges and work with peers to solution

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $111,700 - $196,880. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
