Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CW Transformation Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading the transformation of our Contingent Worker (CW) service delivery and Contingent Workforce Assignment Manager (CWAM) experience, ensuring that our CWs have a seamless and efficient onboarding process, and that our CWAMs have the necessary tools and support to effectively manage their CW teams.

Transformation Manager, Contingent Workforce Team Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to transform the CW service delivery and CWAM experience, aligning with business objectives and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, HRT, EP, and other XFN stakeholders, to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Design and support training programs for CWBPs to deliver to CWAMs to enhance their skills and knowledge in managing CWs.
- Develop and maintain a centralized knowledge base and resource library for CWAMs, providing easy access to information and best practices.
- Establish metrics and benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of the CW service delivery and CWAM experience transformation.
- Analyze data and feedback from CWs and CWAMs to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvements to streamline the CW onboarding process, reducing time-to-productivity and improving overall efficiency.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including Sourcing, EE, CWAMs, and business leaders, to ensure alignment and buy-in for transformation initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CW management, applying this knowledge to inform transformation strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in any combination of the following functions: consulting, HR transformations or operations, program management
- Proven track record of success in leading transformation initiatives, with a experience in understanding of CW management best practices.
- Proven communication skills, with experience building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in analytical and problem-solving skills, with the experience in interpreting data and develop insights to inform decision-making.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Business acumen, with a focus on understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
- Experience working in environments with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CW management systems and tools, such as Beeline, Fieldglass, IQN or Workday.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
- PMP certification
