Senior Marketing Manager with a strong background in digital marketing, graphic design, and strategic planning to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role requires a creative and analytical leader who can structure compelling marketing campaigns, oversee digital channels, and develop visually impactful content. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute innovative marketing strategies that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Campaign Management
  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies that support the business and drive growth.
  • Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including social media, email, paid advertising, and content marketing.
  • Establish KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and adjust strategies to optimize ROI.
  • Work closely with sales team to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign alignment.

Digital Marketing & Content Strategy
  • Oversee SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies to maximize engagement and conversion.
  • Drive content marketing initiatives, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned messaging.
  • Lead the development of digital marketing assets, including landing pages, blog posts, and interactive media.

Graphic Design & Brand Identity
  • Oversee and contribute to the creation of visually compelling designs ensuring brand consistency.
  • Manage and enhance the company's visual identity and branding through effective design.
  • Direct and collaborate with internal designers, freelancers, and creative agencies.
  • Develop engaging graphics for ads, social media, presentations, and promotional materials.

Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Present marketing plans, campaign performance, and strategic insights to leadership.

Qualifications & Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design, and strategic marketing.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and marketing automation.
  • Experience in web design principles, UX/UI, and branding.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
  • Exceptional project management and leadership abilities to oversee multiple initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zendesk Sell.
  • Background in B2B or B2C marketing within Mortgage industry.
  • Knowledge of video production and motion graphics is a plus.
  • Experience in e-commerce or SaaS marketing is an advantage.
