Job Description

The Manufacturing Program Manager will have end to end ownership of a piece of the Image Guided Therapy Devices business and will be the Sustaining Board Leader as well as the franchise owner for of our products. As the Sustaining board leader, you will be asked to work with a cross-functional team to develop project priorities, resource plans and tracking methods to drive accountability and success across the Plymouth site. Additionally, a franchise owner in the sustaining space will work closely with a broad range of stakeholders to ensure that projects are being implemented to meet the end-to-end needs of the business. Organization, interpersonal and communication skills are critical to success in this role.

Your role:
  • End-to-End Ownership: Take full responsibility for the lifecycle of our medical device products, from New Product Introduction hand-off to market sustainability.
  • Program Management/Engineering Expertise: Utilize your engineering and project management experience to oversee the portfolio of projects that are required to maintain market access and supply continuity
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with research and development, manufacturing, marketing, and sales teams to drive product success.
  • Quality & Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with quality and regulatory teammates to ensure all products meet regulatory requirements and standards, mapping out short and long term strategies together.
  • Customer Focus: Engage with customers (internal & external) to understand their needs and ensure our products meet their expectations.


You're the right fit if:
  • You've acquired 5+ years of experience with medical device programs and/or project management and have experience with ERP systems, especially SAP.
  • You have a bachelor's degree. Engineering and/or medical device is preferred.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • Your skills include excellent verbal and written communication skills; effective communication within project teams and with leadership is essential. The ability to prioritize projects and organize resource allocation strategies is required.


How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Minnesota is $122,456 to $195,930

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
