Description:

The Regulatory Readiness Program Manager will develop and scale Meta's Regulatory Readiness processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring that Meta can efficiently and effectively manage and respond to the changing regulatory landscape and its effects on product development. The Program Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement systems that help risk owners develop, coordinate, and execute compliance solutions for Meta's products.

Regulatory Readiness Program Manager Responsibilities

  • Program Development & Management: Develop and manage program structure, plans, operations, and execution of Regulatory Readiness initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
  • Cross-Functional Engagement: Partner with the Regulatory Readiness product and engineering teams and other cross-functional teams to align on risk management and process improvement solutions, representing the voice of the customer.
  • Process Scaling & Implementation: Design and improve the Regulatory Readiness process, ensuring successful implementation of process and associated tooling changes scaled across the company.
  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure that stakeholders align to any process updates and execution initiatives, and that they are informed and trained accordingly.
  • Centralization of Governance: Centralize Regulatory Readiness governance and documentation to ensure a unified approach to regulatory compliance and safeguards across all jurisdictions, types of obligations, and regulatory risk domains.
  • Reporting & Communication: Develop and maintain regular reporting and communication channels to keep stakeholders informed about program and obligation progress, risks, and issues, promoting awareness and adherence across the company.


Minimum Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in program management, regulatory compliance, and/or a related field.
  • Experience leading, coordinating, and influencing stakeholders across a global, cross-functional team with a broad range of experiences, perspectives, approaches, and backgrounds.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex programs that impact the organization's trajectory.
  • Experience in end-to-end strategy and implementation, moving programs from concept to completion with measurable impact.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with product development and partnering with technology teams.
  • Familiarity with regulatory Governance, Risk & Compliance concepts.

$129,000/year to $189,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
