Description:
Role: Salesforce Field Service Consultant
Location: New York, NY/ Remot
Candidate:
1. Field Service Consultant certified
2. Implementation Experience
1. We need to go from zero automation to start creating dispatch/driver efficiencies as quickly as possible, so we are looking for someone who has some specific experience here.
1. Someone who has experience with a service that utilized scheduling for technicians/users in the field handling installation and/or delivery tasks would probably be able to understand how we are working.
2. Experience with medica/healthcare would be nice to have but isn't necessary
Ability to quickly grasp and assess our current state and understand and recommend best practices for next steps.
2. In my mind this translates to someone senior enough they have been engaged to some extent in solution definition. They don't need to have managed translation from pure business requirements as we will support that as well, but someone who will be able to contribute based on their knowledge and not just wait for us to define explicitly what we need technically.
3. Understanding of Asset management and how we might leverage Assets to track equipment that we deliver and eventually pick back up and put back into inventory.
1. Doesn't need to specific to medical but a candidate who has done work that included products generally and durable assets would be ideal.
1. There will be a component of our automation and field service work flows that deals with dispensation (delivery, pickup, status) of durable medical equipment,
What we'll be utilizing them to support.
This is general and we'd drill down to specific features when working with the resource but first areas of field service we are looking to implement/improve are as follows:
1. Validate current overall architecture can scale towards automation.
Are we misusing any objects?
2. Determine business rules and data dependencies needed for automation.
3. Automate Service Appointment scheduling and/or dispatching in dispatcher console.
Assumes order entry appointment rules/windows (Arrival Windows) are in place ahead of time.
Optimized routing, correct Service Territory, best Resource match, etc.
4. Determine how to begin leveraging Assets as part of our field service implementation and create architectural plan
