Harborview Medical Center (HMC) has an opportunity for a leadership position for a SANE Medical Training Manager within our Harborview Abuse and Trauma Center (HATC) Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) unit.
The SANE Medical Training Manager is an integral to Harborview Medical Center leadership within SANE services and manages the statewide SANE program for Washington. Harborview has provided the highest standard of SANE training across the state for over 15 years.
What we are looking for, someone who is:
Experienced with grant writing and reporting
Experienced with managing a budget
Knows how to develop training plan to include content and agendas on a yearly basis
Can present training and education to the communities around Washington
Willing to participate in multidisciplinary meeting
Willing to lead statewide workgroups regarding guidelines for SANE training
Work Schedule:
100% Day shift
Remote/Hybrid work will be considered when not traveling
Direct patient care:
Be available to take four SANE shifts per month
Follow up once a month in clinics, to ensure guidelines and competencies are being met
