Data Architect (Power BI)

Job role: Data Architect (Power BI)

Duration: Long term Potential to convert FTE

Location: Dallas, TX 75251 - First week 100% on-site, hybrid 3x/month

Project:

• Lead the development of in-house BI reporting
• Previously outsourced business analytics to Jarvis' Dental Analytics Platform for reporting, KPIs, and practice management metrics.
• This person will be creating their in house reporting platform.

Team:

• This person will be the only developer, working across multiple facets of the business including HR, Finance, etc.
• Responsible for presentation to C Suite, ad hoc report creation for C suite, etc.

Duties:

• Practice Management KPI reporting
• Dental Specific KPIs such as: Doctor Performance, Client Retention, etc. related to Practice Management metrics

Tech Stack:

• MS Environment
• Power BI - ability to design and implement BI tools in house
• Azure Data Lake updated every 24 hours
• Data Sources: Planet DDS, Denticon, Eaglesoft
• Great Plains - Financial Modules
• ADP - HR Modules

RCM - Denticon:

*undergoing a migration for all practices from Eaglesoft to Denticon* there might be data that needs to be sourced from the historical eaglesoft servers

CRM - MS Dynamics

Duties:

Practice Management KPI reporting

• Dental Specific KPIs such as: Doctor Performance, Client Retention, etc. related to Practice Management metrics

Required Skills:

• Power BI - Report & Dashboard Creation, Data Visualization
• SQL - ability to query and manipulate data from various sources for reporting purposes
• ETL
• MS Environment - Azure, SQL Server, Excel
• KPI Development & Tracking - Experience defining, calculating, and reporting business performance metrics
