What You'll Be Doing:
As the Assisted Living Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration, management, and operations of the Assisted Living facility in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and community policies. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Advocating for resident rights and ensuring their best interests are prioritized in all decisions.
- Managing resources such as personnel, scheduling, budgets, equipment, and record-keeping.
- Overseeing financial performance, adhering to budget goals, and eliminating unnecessary overtime.
- Participating in marketing efforts to meet budget objectives.
- Ensuring adherence to resident rights, maintaining confidentiality, and addressing grievances.
- Conducting timely Level of Care Evaluations and ensuring accurate Level of Care charges.
- Managing risk management activities and addressing incidents, allegations, and grievances.
- Managing employee recruitment, training, performance, and discipline in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Leading quality improvement efforts and supporting nursing assessments.
- Ensuring care is provided according to physician orders and nursing standards.
- Performing other duties as needed to ensure smooth facility operations and resident well-being.
About You:
- Minimum 1-2 years' leadership experience in an assisted living facility or nursing home.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, business administration or a related field.
- Either a licensed LVN or someone with strong clinical experience/knowledge in a healthcare setting.
- Working knowledge of assisted living facility practices and procedures, state and federal privacy laws, state and federal operations regulations, and OSHA.
Schedule:
- Full-Time, Exempt position (40 hours/week)
- Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday (flexibility may be required to meet community needs)
Wages:
- $81,000 - $93,000 annually, depending on experience.
