The Manager, OV Marketing will drive impactful marketing and communication strategies for Oceanview Life's agent network. In this role, you'll serve as the primary owner of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, managing critical agent communications, building and optimizing customer journeys, and executing targeted email campaigns. You'll collaborate with leadership to drive agent engagement and productivity through effective communication strategies. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as primary owner and administrator of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform
- Develop and execute comprehensive agent communication strategies
- Design, build, and manage automated customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Create and distribute email communications to agents including product updates, event invitations, and company announcements
- Manage the full event communication lifecycle (invitation, confirmation, reminder, follow-up)
- Produce performance reports and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align agent communications with broader business objectives
- Maintain data quality and compliance standards within the marketing platform
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher required
- 3 - 5 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices and customer journey mapping
SKILLS:
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Content Builder)
- Strong data analysis capabilities to measure campaign performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required for managing multiple communication streams
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Effective writing and presentation skills
- Strong performance management skills
LOCATION and COMPENSATION:
- This role will be based in Denver, CO
- This role will be Hybrid (3 days in the office)
- Base compensation is expected to be $94,000 - $110,000* with the opportunity for incentive compensation including bonus compensation
