Salary: Up to $80,000+ Commission
Location: East coast or Central states, USA

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
• Identify and resolve issues to ensure retention & renewal of key accounts.
• Work closely with research and insights teams to translate data into meaningful recommendations for clients

Skills & Experience Required

• Experience in Customer success, client success, or account management within SaaS, data analytics, insights, or marketing technology
• Strong ability to translate data insights into clear, strategic recommendations for clients
• Proven track record of growing accounts and exceeding revenue targets
