Senior System Administrator - macOS

We are currently looking foran experienced and passionate macOS administrator to join our IT team. You have the ideal profile if you have in-depth expertise in macOS systems management and advanced knowledge of JAMF Pro.

When your actions lead to success.

• Manage and maintain the company's macOS infrastructure (1200 devices).
• Maintain the zero-touch deployment system.
• Package and sign macOS applications.
• Ensure the security and compliance of macOS systems, by managing updates and vulnerabilities.
• Perform diagnostics for problems related to business applications, such as the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, M365.
• Develop and maintain scripts using Bash, Python or other scripting languages to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
• Participate in the implementation and delivery of technology projects.
• Collaborate with IT teams to improve processes and policies.
• Train and supervise junior team members.
• Provide level 3 support for macOS throughout the company.

When your expertise drives us.

• Degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in macOS administration in a large company
• Proficiency in JAMF Pro and its advanced features, knowledge of Microsoft Intune an asset
• Apple and/or JAMF Pro certifications desired
• Proficiency with the Apple DEP deployment system (Mobile Device Manager)
• Knowledge of security protocols and IT best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, good communication and documentation skill
• Ability to communicate in French and English, both orally and in writing (regular collaboration with colleagues and partners based in Quebec and the rest of Canada)
