Location: Hybrid - Dallas, TX (On-site 2x/week; relocation assistance provided)
Salary: $180,000 - $225,000 base + 15-20% bonus

We're looking for a Director of Enterprise Applications to lead the development and support of our retail and e-commerce platforms. This is a key leadership role focused on evolving our systems, improving performance, and supporting rapid growth.

What We're Looking For
  • 8+ years of experience in technology roles related to enterprise applications
  • At least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Background in B2C e-commerce or retail
  • Experience leading teams in high-volume, high-traffic environments

Preferred Experience
  • PHP development, including Laravel, Phalcon, or Lumen
  • Headless architecture, APIs, and microservices
  • React or Next.js
  • WordPress and WooCommerce plugin customization
  • Production support and issue resolution
  • Collaboration with design teams and implementation of style guides

What You'll Be Doing

You'll lead strategic planning, oversee technical operations, support production, and manage a talented development team. You'll work closely with product and infrastructure teams to ensure our platforms scale efficiently and deliver great customer experiences.
