THE WORK
This position will serve as a Classified Cyber Security Manager / Information System Security Manager (ISSM) for the RMS Orlando Facility as well as manage the Classified Cyber Security operations at the Clearwater FL facility. As the ISSM and Classified Cyber Security Manager, the selected candidate is responsible for day-to-day information system security operations including hardware and software implementations for the Orlando and Clearwater Facilities. The ISSM will ensure IS's are operated and maintained in accordance with internal Lockheed Martin (LM) and customer security requirements under the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process. The ability to work independently as well as with their teammates is paramount for this position as it is an extremely dynamic environment. This person will manage a team of Information System Security Officers (ISSOs) and ensure compliance with contract security specifications, customer governing requirements Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM), and LM RMS security policies. Testing of state-of-the-art operating systems / networks, perform system / program auditing to validate configuration and processes are in accordance with the Assessment and Authorization (A&A) documentation, and assist in regulatory periodic risk assessments, and ensure effective management of POA&Ms, Risk Assessments, Continuous Monitoring and Authorization Conditions.

Basic Qualifications
Prior ISSO/ISSM Experience
Have a strong understanding of the Risk Management Framework (RMF)
Have and maintain a DoD 8570 IAM Level III Certification
Experience implementing NIST SP 800-53 Security Controls
Experience with Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS)
Strong background with the implementation of DCSA Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM) requirements
Knowledgeable of operating system security requirements and STIG implementation
Hands on experience with industry standard Information Assurance tools such as STIG Viewer, SCC Tool, and others
Desired skills
Experience with Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG) / Intelligence Community Directives (ICD)
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others to gain support
Effective interpersonal skills (written and oral)

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $109,200 - $192,510. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.
