Senior Associate/Senior Counsel

Seeking a senior litigator with 6+ years of experience in litigation defense. The role involves managing complex cases, leading trial efforts, and representing clients in state and federal courts. Preferred experience in labor & employment, public sector, or government-related litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation strategy, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Lead trials, examine witnesses, and present cases.
• Handle complex legal matters, including class actions.
• Represent clients in court and administrative hearings.
• Provide legal counsel and mentor associates.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing and trying complex cases.
• Strong litigation, motion practice, and trial skills.
• Expertise in labor & employment, public sector, or government litigation preferred.
• Excellent advocacy, case management, and client relationship skills.
