Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction and project management, with experience in road and bridge construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare project documentation, including plans, reports, and budgets.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and resources effectively to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure adherence to DOT regulations and best practices in construction management.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
• Assist in estimating project costs and preparing bids.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably in road, bridge, and utility projects.
• Strong understanding of civil construction practices and project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards in construction.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
