Job Overview:
The Director of Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational and strategic success of our organization. This role will own project delivery for all projects across the enterprise. You will lead and mentor a skilled team of project managers and product owners responsible for delivering client onboarding and enterprise change.
This role requires a commitment to client success as well as digital transformation. With a relentless focus on client success, you will drive operational excellence, foster innovation, and position our organization as a leader in our industry. Job Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the ePMO's vision and strategy to deliver exceptional outcomes across all projects
- Champion a client-first approach, ensuring that every project enhances the client experience and meets or exceeds expectations
- Using a data-driven approach Identify opportunities to add value for clients through innovative solutions and proactive problem-solving
- Anticipate future needs and proactively adapt project management processes and practices to support scalability and innovation
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers and product owners, cultivating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional excellence.
- Build and empower a team that excels in project delivery
- Provide hands-on project leadership to high priority programs and projects.
- Drive and accelerate onboarding new clients to Safe Guard's platforms, driving seamless integration onto our tools and processes with a focus on technical accuracy and client satisfaction
- Coordinate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve onboarding challenges efficiently
- Refine and drive an enhanced requirements testing program
- Partner with IT leaders to help refine and prioritize the backlog
- Drive agile, iterative enterprise change initiatives and technology buildouts, delivering solutions that enhance organizational agility and competitiveness
- Promote a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement to keep projects ahead of the curve
- Drive collaboration by breaking down silos and working across departments to achieve outcomes
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success, team productivity, and client satisfaction
- Manage ePMO resources and budgets to optimize efficiency and deliver maximum value

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or a related field in relevant field required
- 10+ years of Project and/or Product Management experience
- Extensive knowledge or waterfall and Agile project management methodologies
- A passion for client success, demonstrated through past achievements in enhancing client outcomes and building strong relationships
- Exceptional quantitative capabilities and a proven ability to use data to drive fact-based changes to project and product requirements
- Proven ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong technical understanding to oversee client onboarding projects, with the ability to guide teams through complex tool and process integrations
- Strong product management skills, including the ability to prioritize, iterate, and deliver impactful solutions in an agile setting
- Superior communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences, from team members to executive leadership
- Adept at stakeholder management and building consensus across departments
- Comfort with ambiguity and a knack for thriving in an iterative, fast-evolving environment
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) proficiency
- Experience working with a variety of information systems and data files, including large and complex file structure
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check
