Position Overview: Early Childhood Programs Coordinator

Compensation/benefits: DWA Step 1: $100,050.00 - DWA Step 2: $104,550.00
Primary Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Supervisor of Community Education and the Director of Community Services, the Early Childhood Programs Coordinator provides leadership, development, implementation and evaluation of comprehensive Early Childhood and Family Education programs and services. The Early Childhood Programs Coordinator leads a comprehensive continuum of programs to support the healthy growth and development of families and children, birth to pre-kindergarten, through successful collaboration within the district and the community as a whole.

- Perform other duties as assigned or requested
Preferred License / Education Requirements:
- Teaching License (B-3 preferred)
- Bachelor's degree (Early Childhood Education preferred)
- Master's degree (Education preferred)
- Director of Community Education license or currently enrolled in licensure program required
