  • Manage and mentor a team of department managers, providing guidance and support as needed.

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and represent the company in a professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in automotive dealership management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving overall dealership performance.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in dealership management software and other relevant computer applications.

SUMMARY

Our Automotive Group is looking for a General Manager to lead our Dealership in Beckley, WV. You'll work closely with management as well as the sales associate to ensure the business needs are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
  • Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
  • Manage both New and Used Car Inventory
  • Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
  • Help manage all other aspects of the Dealership
  • Be passionate about customer retention and CSI
  • Determine monthly and yearly forecasts
  • Work with the marketing department to create the best overall strategy that will help the dealership meet it's goals
  • Work with and lead our Fixed Operations Departments
  • Be a Servant Leader

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Prior Automotive General Management experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Understanding of inventory control
  • Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)
  • Professional
  • Strong work ethic
  • Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
  • Proven Track Record of Operational Success
