Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations at a full capacity restaurant. This role requires strong leadership to ensure business efficiency by managing procedures and coaching staff. With a broad scope of responsibilities, the ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of company processes, the ability to plan various operational activities, and a talent for optimizing business performance. The goal is to enhance efficiency, drive growth, and ensure long-term success.

Responsibilities:
  • Ability to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
  • Supervise staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback.
  • Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements.
  • Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation.
  • Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability.
  • Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation.
  • Manage relationships/agreements with external clients to achieve expectations.
  • Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics.

Other duties may be required as determined by the needs of the operation.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as General Manager or equivalent position/multi unit preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of hospitality experience.
  • Outstanding communication and people skills.
  • Knowledge of the industry's legal rules and guidelines.
  • In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g., supply chain, finance, customer service, etc.)
  • Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (e.g., ERP, CRM)


Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $110,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
