Land Surveyor

NOTE: The company is a family-operated business with a team of over 60 employees. They specialize in general earth moving, excavating, pipe and utility installation, site concrete, roadway construction, and site development activities.

This Land Surveyor role is an on-site full-time position in Madison, WI. The Land Surveyor will be responsible for a variety of surveying tasks to support our site development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out topographic and land surveys.
• Operate Total Station equipment for precise measurements.
• Conduct building surveys and other associated surveying tasks.
• Assist site development projects with accurate data collection.
• Adhere to industry standards and regulations in all surveying activities.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in topographic and land surveying techniques.
• Skilled in using Total Station and other surveying equipment.
• Experienced in land development and construction processes.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
