About the Role:
We are seeking a Data Analytics Project Manager with Business Analysis (BA) experience and a strong marketing background to lead data-driven initiatives in marketing analytics, customer insights, and campaign performance tracking. This role combines project management, business intelligence, and marketing analytics expertise to drive data-informed decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end marketing analytics projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and marketing goals.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business and marketing requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing, data science, and business intelligence teams to develop insightful reports and dashboards.
- Oversee the development of marketing performance analytics using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, customer segmentation, and digital engagement.
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and best practices in marketing and customer data management.
- Define and monitor key marketing KPIs such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), conversion rates, and ROI.
- Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization for marketing and data projects.
- Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including marketing executives and business leaders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, and marketing analytics.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, customer segmentation, and campaign performance analysis.
- Experience working with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with SQL and working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, attribution modeling, and customer journey mapping.
- Experience managing projects using Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Asana.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into business strategies.
- Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and data governance best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certification.
- Experience with predictive analytics, AI/ML for marketing, and customer data platforms (CDPs).
- Hands-on experience with Python, R, or other scripting languages for marketing data analysis.
- Background in e-commerce, digital marketing, or performance marketing analytics.
