Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Danvers, 01905, Massachusetts
Schedule:The position follows a rotational shift system, covering the following shifts:

  • Morning Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Evening Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Employees will rotate between these shifts as per the company's schedule.

Pay Rate: $50.00 per hour

Job Overview

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, assist in medical procedures, and support the nursing staff in delivering exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient assessments, document vital signs, and medical histories.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the nursing staff or physicians.
  • Support medical procedures, including patient ventilation when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems such as Epic.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Assist with laboratory tests and sonography procedures as needed.
  • Educate patients and families on health management and wellness strategies.

Requirements

  • Valid RN license in the state of Massachusetts
  • Experience in a medical office or nursing home setting is preferred.
  • Strong patient assessment and care delivery skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
  • Compassionate demeanor and commitment to high-quality care.
  • Must pass background checks as required by healthcare regulations.

Preferred Certifications

  • BLS Certification (Preferred)


Compensation: $50.00 per hour
