The Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) - Hematology/Oncology and Solid Tumor serves as the clinical nursing leader for the adult hematology/oncology and solid tumor program at UCLA Health. This role requires advanced expertise in oncology, evidence-based practice, collaboration, consultation, education, mentoring, and change leadership to enhance nursing practice and support professional development.
The CNS operates within three primary spheres of influence: patients and families, nurses and nursing practice, and the organization/system. In partnership with Unit/Service Line Directors, the CNS leads clinical nursing practice, guiding and coordinating nursing activities and projects within the specialty area.

Salary: $140,200 - $331,800 Annual
