Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience working in healthcare with well-established relationships in the market in which the position is for.
- Experience and comfort with C-suite level meetings and presentations.
- 5+ years' sales experience required within ACO/MCO space.
- Strong, proven, customer relationship management skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and respect at an executive level with Partners and within Silverado.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, influencing and networking skills.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and strategic skills, and operational thinking.
- Demonstrated ability to work with colleagues in a supportive and encouraging manner.
- Comfort with data analysis and CRM systems.
- Experience in contract negotiation preferred.
- The willingness and ability to travel.
What you'll be doing:
- Identifying and establishing new alliances/contracts with ACOs/MCOs
- Responsible for contract negotiations
- Contributing to the identification of new opportunities for expanding business and drive the establishment of relationships with potential Partners.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships and communication with Partners to facilitate interest in meetings to discuss partnership opportunities.
- Managing and growing existing ACO/MACO alliances
- Developing an in-depth knowledge of the selected Partners, their challenges and strategies, actively engaging Partners to strategically position business opportunities working at the appropriate level in the Partner's organization.
- Serving as the point-of-contact for Partners and internally for developing processes based on how the Partner prefers to work together.
- Collaborating with the Director of Business Development when devising the marketing strategy to ensure it fulfills the Partner's needs and expectations.
- Monitoring and reporting patient outcomes and status updates to Partners.
- Anticipating, investigating, and communicating any potential issues with collaboration Partners.
- Organizing and chairing quarterly patient outcomes meetings and ensure full alignment with Partner on strategy and delivery of goals.
- Actively engaging with existing Partners to identify potential business opportunities considering all of Silverado's business areas.
