Team Culture and Practice Environment
- Join a comprehensive cardiology team, including non-invasive and interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and cardiothoracic surgeons.
- Collaborate with cardiac intensivists, nurse navigators, heart failure RNs, and advanced practice providers in a multidisciplinary care model.
- Opportunities to mentor medical students and residents and participate in heart failure quality improvement initiatives.
- Inpatient and outpatient mix, with a focus on longitudinal care and chronic disease management.
- Advanced Heart Failure program, featuring:
- On-site cardiopulmonary diagnostics, cardiac imaging, and cardiac rehab.
- Access to LVAD, ECMO, and shock management protocols in collaboration with regional centers.
- Participation in regional referral networks for heart transplant and mechanical circulatory support.
