We are currently seeking ahighly skilled and motivated Senior Environmental Health & SafetyProfessional 3 in safety to support growth of our safety and environmentalconsulting practice with existing and new clients nationwide. This is anexcellent opportunity to join a collaborative team and growing company and getinvolved in a variety of projects for a diverse range of clients. The idealcandidate is adept at balancing the dual roles of delivering client work andgenerating new business and will support staff development while promoting asafe work environment. This is a full-time position located in our Cincinnati,OH office or virtually.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Inthis position, you will:
- Play a key role in supporting, developing, and growing Haley & Aldrich's portfolio of safety and environmental consulting services for projects nationwide, with a primary focus on health and safety services.
- Demonstrate and apply knowledge of federal, state, and local codes, regulations, and professional standards of practice to assigned and developed project work.
- Contribute to the leadership, management, and implementation of billable client projects by engaging technical expertise. Lead and oversee execution of health and safety aspects of projects to meet our client's objectives, as well as company goals for revenue generation and profitability. Travel is expected to support project needs.
- Use business development, networking, and relationship building skills to identify opportunities for new projects. Work strategically and collaboratively with our business leaders, client account managers, and staff to increase visibility in regional markets, identify target clients, and to build and maintain client relationships that will support the growth of our EHS consulting practice.
- Mentor and guide staff in the execution of project work and production of deliverables, serving as a mentor and collaborative leader. Support the development of standard work practices and tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in EHS management.
- Give internal and external technical presentations and attend external networking events.
- Plan and perform all work in accordance with company and client health and safety protocols.
- Demonstrate the company's foundational safety behaviors.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Minimum Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or related field.
- 15+ years of related experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including verbally communicating and presenting project and technical information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Mastery of skills in your discipline and strong problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of EHS (e.g., OSHA, EPA, DOT) regulations, standards, best practices, regulatory frameworks, and management systems.
- Understanding of common industrial activities and the relationship with various EHS regulations.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and other standard software.
Preferred Skills
- Professional Safety Certification (e.g., ASP, CSP, CIH, CPEA Health & Safety).
- OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER training and refresher updates.
