Job Responsibilities / Position Duties:
The Contractor shall coordinate, consolidate, and develop a Geographically Separate Unit support cell that provides governance and programmatic documents, action plan recommendations, task and inquiry responses, and issue resolution action plan(s) under USSF COO/S4I program management oversight. Provide detailed updates to leadership, strategic partners, and stakeholders by participating in meetings/forums and coordinating, consolidating, developing, and delivering/presenting associated meeting materials (e.g., slides, after action reports, minutes).

Provide comprehensive security and policy recommendations supporting national interests and USSF level decisions to ensure that Geographically Separate Units and Geographically Separate Sites are postured for mission success. Engage with USSF, DAF, OSD, AFIMSC, AFCEC and Host Installations, and strategic partners to validate support requirements to include: Installation and Infrastructure plans and programs; Housing, Basing and Construction programs; Basing Actions; Host Installation Support and Agreements, Real Property Records; and Weapons System Infrastructure (WSI).

Research, analyze, define, develop, and action USSF GSU Support Agreements to ensure alignment and compliance with OSD, DAF, and USSF requirements. Identify and correct Support Agreement deficiencies as required.

Research, analyze, define, develop, and action USSF GSS Real Property Records to ensure alignment and compliance with OSD, DAF, and USSF requirements. Map Real Property to appropriate parent organizations for PRV generation and assign to the current organization. Identify and correct Real Property records as required.

Research, analyze, define, develop, advise on USSF GSU Support Personnel to ensure alignment and compliance with OSD, DAF, and USSF requirements. Review existing support personnel manning at GSUs and develop recommendations for the USSF enterprise execution of support missions.

Research, analyze, define, develop, and action USSF GSU Governance to ensure alignment and compliance with OSD, DAF, and USSF requirements. Define and map Lines of Effort and support for each GSU and GSS.

Research, analyze, define, develop, and provide recommendations for a USSF GSU Support Cell to ensure alignment and compliance with OSD, DAF, and USSF requirements. Develop options for an enduring USSF GSU Support Cell to provide logistic support to GSU and GSS.

Engage, coordinate, and collaborate with Field Commands, SBD/SLD, Space Deltas, Host Installations, AFIMSC, and other strategic partners ensuring continuity of efforts, operations and strategic plans and programs are current and align.

Required Skills:
  • Master's degree
  • 15+ years' experience with a broad knowledge of USSF, DAF, and DOD corporate processes
  • Strategic partnership/knowledge of AFIMSC, AFCEC, and other Stakeholders
  • Expert knowledge in support of GSU programs, policies, and guidance for the execution of missions as GSS
  • Ability to independently review and assess facility and infrastructure technical reports and studies, prepare written comments/responses and ability to collaborate with/lead complex teams and to analyze/interpret strategies and guidance from Senior USSF leaders
