About Us
Onebrief is a revolutionary platform for military staff workflows and operational planning. The software is designed to enable smarter, real-time decisions. With unparalleled collaboration features, AI-enhanced tools, and customizable workflows, Onebrief makes staffs superhuman. The expanding roster of customers includes COCOMs and Service Components worldwide.
Founded in 2017 by a group of experienced planners, today, Onebrief's workforce of 120+ spans veterans from all forces and global organizations, and technologists from leading-edge software giants. Onebrief's growth is exemplary, having raised $53M+ and counting from leading venture investors.
What you will achieve
You'll stand up and lead a key operational function for Onebrief: a NOC team responsible for monitoring, incident response, and system reliability across production environments that support U.S. military decision-makers. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll help shape the systems, standards, and team culture that ensure Onebrief is always mission-ready. Your work will directly support planners operating at the speed of global operations-so when we say impact, we mean it.
About You
You're a technically sharp and mission-driven leader who thrives in operational environments where clarity, uptime, and speed matter. You've got a track record of building teams that stay cool under pressure and systems that bounce back fast. You have the strategic vision to drive process maturity-but you're also the kind of person who still enjoys rolling up your sleeves to parse logs and triage a hairy outage.
You're motivated by the idea of building infrastructure that supports real-world decision-making, not just uptime dashboards. You care about empowering your team, aligning incident response to business outcomes, and turning every incident into a chance to improve.
Core Skills: Incident Management, Linux Systems, System Monitoring, Log Analysis, Prometheus/Grafana, ELK Stack, Root Cause Analysis, Command-Line Debugging, Leadership in High-Stakes Environments, DoD Operational Awareness
