Program Analyst - Budget
The candidate will serve as a program budget analyst within PM UAS Project Office, responsible for budget maintenance, cost review, financial management and project reporting. The position provides Budget Branch support for the Product Office serving as a GFEBS, PMRT and LMD SME.
The candidate will perform financial analysis on all appropriations, generate funding documents, provide accurate monthly reporting, and verify complete distribution of funds to the Product Offices and partners.
Job Duties:
Utilize GFEBS to monitor budget information, access reports and perform transactions
Prepare funding documents such as MIPRs and PWDs/1095s
Utilize the Program Management Resource Tool (PMRT) suite of financial tools
Utilize Logistics Modernization Program (LMP)
Utilize Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System (CCAR)
Participate in POM development
Access SIPRNET for secure communications of financial data
Perform Congressional Marks Analysis utilizing data from GFEBS
Provide financial data input for development of Budget Execution Reviews and other reporting requirements
Required Qualifications/Skills:
Experience utilizing GFEBS
Experience utilizing PMRT and CCAR
Experience utilizing LMP
Eight years experience working DoD budget and financial tasks
Detail oriented and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Proficient in MS Office suite of tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Education and General Experience:
BA/BS degree and 8 years of experience performing the duties listed
Additional four years of directly related experience can substitute for BA/BS)
Must be a US Citizen and possess (and maintain) at least a Secret Clearance
