About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role will play a key part in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as conducting variance analysis to drive strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will be an analytical thinker with strong attention to detail, a high degree of accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will:
- Assist in monthly forecasting and annual budgeting activities
- Prepare management reports for C-suite leadership and the Board
- Conduct variance analysis to compare actual financial performance against budget/forecast, identifying key drivers
- Develop profitability models and analysis to support strategic initiatives
- Summarize complex financial data into concise insights for executive audiences
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Operations, and Accounting
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
- Support ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Excel and modeling
- Ability to problem-solve independently and deliver timely and high-quality outputs
- Experience in training and/or mentoring junior staff
- Experience with cloud-based software (i.e. ERP, EPM or similar tools)
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools (i.e. Power BI) is a plus
- Experience in querying data from databases is a plus
