ACEIT Subject Matter Expert

Overview

We are seeking an experienced ACEIT user to join our ACEIT support team. Individual must have a passion for using the ACEIT software, an interest in sharing their knowledge of the tools with users and a desire to help improve the software for the future.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with our users to understand their estimating challenges and provide guidance on potential solutions.
• Work closely with our agile software development team to assist with future requirements, design concepts, and analyst testing of prototypes and early solutions.
• Draft and deliver presentationsabout ACEIT for government and commercial clients
• Conduct ACEIT training courses and contribute to development of training programs.
• Maintain the proper security clearance and U.S. citizenship is required
• Candidate can work out of any Tecolote office, Chantilly/Virginia preferred

Skills Required

• Qualified applicants should have experience (minimum relevant experience of 5 years) with cost analysis and the ACEIT software.

Additional relevant experience includes:

• Cost estimating methodologies, relationships and model development
• Presentation, instruction, and/or briefing on cost analysis topics
• Technical writing explaining cost analysis concepts
• Cost and schedule uncertainty analysis
• Schedule building and analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project

Education

Bachelors degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
